Lives and works in Paris, Los Angeles and New York.

ORLAN explores different techniques such as photography, video, sculpture (in resin, marble, and inflatable), drawing installation, performance, biotechnology, etc. She defends hybridization, tolerance, and human rights through her nomad, mutant, and shifting identities.
